Christmas returns
For orders placed after the 6th of December 2024 we are pleased to extend our returns period to the 10th of January 2025.
Christmas shipping
The last shipping day for Royal mail to guarantee UK delivery before Christmas is the 17th of December using the Royal Mail tracked 24hr delivery service. We will use this service for all UK orders being sent week commencing 16th December 2024. Please do however keep in mind we are in the hands of our couriers at this very busy time of year. For International shipping the 11th of December is the final shipping date for pre Christmas International deliveries. However once again please keep in mind we are in the hands of our couriers. All United Kingdom full price footwear is delivered FREE of charge.
We do our very best to dispatch orders received before 1pm the same day. During busy periods as well as during Sale and Black Friday this may not always be possible, however be assured we will send your order as soon as possible. Orders received after 1pm will be dispatched the next working day.
Orders placed on a Friday (After 1pm), Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on the Monday, and in the case of a Bank Holiday orders will be sent the day after the bank holiday. Our Couriers do not collect from us on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank holidays.
We also ship internationally all over the World.
To check delivery costs to your country add your chosen items to your shopping basket, click on the drop down menu in the shopping basket, and select your country. Our system will calculate the delivery cost for you before you confirm your purchase. You can also use our handy delivery cost calculator on our international shipping page.
For certain countries the shipping cost is the same for more than one pair. (up to 3 pairs)
All orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked services, "DPD" Partners to "Interlink" or DHL. Please ensure you enter your email address and telephone number correctly when placing your order, as an incorrect email address or telephone number may result in you not receiving your order confirmation or tracking details.
Please note if you are based outside the UK you may be required to pay import duties.
